Yeah! its new year!!!! had a small dinner with au ang (yesh, she's back from her month long hols in US), yan, ks and mel. zw and eugene joined us later....
ate pasta mania at ps. got the same seats that we had last time... think we said that too loudly that the manager heard us. Oh man! he's good! After hearing our 'complain', he asked if he gave us desserts last time.. Er... like no? this time he is.... YES. giving us FREE desserts.
YEAH!! Like any typical Singaporeans, our eyes lighted up under the Pasta Mania's light... wahahaha.. such a good manager. 1 tiramisu, 1 choco mousse, 1 strawberry yogurt thingy. total cost=$10. Wahahaha. Im so happy... after sitting down, a waiter offered us a different table inside... okie.. we gladly changed our table after being bought over by the desserts... aw..
zw and eugene joined later after we finished our dinner.. oh man.. gathering. that's wat always happen. standing there, deciding where to go next. its 8 pm. next to ps body shop. 25 mins deciding.
Esplanade? someone suggested. but we detest being sprayed by some anonymous. Fireworks? forget it. we had our childhood watching fireworks at the national stadium during national day. didnt we?
finally. decision made. starbacks at united square. meet at 10pm at paradiz centre. wahahah.. good.. 3 gals had to shop ard at ps for 2 hours. boring.
its 10! starbucks at US. bought rhumba tall. oh and saw a NYP sbm guy working at starbucks. no wonder i found him familiar. and eugene commented that he was cute.
oh god! a guy saying another guy is cute? i have to admit that he's cute lar(z). *grinning*
coming to an end of 31st dec 2005. we splited at 11.50 pm i think. walked to bus stop with yan. that 2 freaking buses took so long! we had our countdown at the bus stop with only 2 of us. we could HEAR the fireworks, HEAR others enjoying, happily hitting metal bowls/ cups i guess. well, well, i had a peaceful countdown. no spraying. no watching of fireworks. not many friends around.
but at least, im happy.
