Arghhh.. I hate customers who comment that i dun have product knowledge!!!! ;(

Woman: Hi! Does Lego sell sets with pulleys?

Me: Yes...

Woman: I've went to the Science Centre and my kids played with them. So i thought it will be good that i buy some for them....

*At this moment, i went out of the counter and showed her the LEGo technics series....

Woman: Oh. Er Do they sell the generic pieces?

Me: Erm, the generic pieces only consists of the bricks... not including the pulleys

* Arghhh, this woman is really irritating..
She began to look at the boxes i've shown her...

Woman: But they dun sell in loose pieces izit?

(my mind): haven i told her that they ONLY sell loose BRICKS? NOT PULLEYS!!!!! OKie.. i have to retain my image after reading through the STHome, journalists are pretending to be customers to test out the sales assisstants in various shops.. Maybe she's one of them...

Me (grinning widely): Yes.. they dun sell separately.

Woman: Are you sure? I think you DUNNO your product knowledge!

* i really feel like boxing that woman alr.... okie, i'd thought up of something.. wahahah

Me: Perhaps Science Centre had bought several sets like this and mixed them up...

Woman: I think i should call Science centre to ask..

(my mind): call call lah.. as if i care

Me( attempted to grin widely again): Or i can give you Lego Singapore's number. Then you can check it out.

Woman: Where izit? Izit a retail shop?

Me: Its at United square. Its an office.

Woman: Its okie.. Thanks anyway

Not that i'm angry or offended.... but wat if i'm a new staff working for the first day? wont i get hurt?
